Burnley vs Manchester City Preview

Saturday’s early kick-off is an opportunity for Burnley to recover from their 4-0 defeat at West Brom last weekend but it looks like a tough task against a Manchester City side who have stuttered in recent weeks but should be too strong for their hosts. City earned a decent win at Crystal palace in their last match and we expect an away win here although they’ve only managed one clean sheet four league games.

Picks?

City players from midfield and up front.

Hull City vs West Brom Preview

Hull City were hammered 3-0 by Sunderland last weekend and their dreadful start to the season sees them still in the Premier League relegation places. They did score an unlikely win against Southampton in their previous match and that leads us to think that a draw is not out of the question against a West Brom side who are improving but have not been great away from home.

Picks?

Avoid players from this fixture unless absolutely necessary.

Leicester City vs Middlesbrough Preview

Leicester City have qualified for the Champions League knockout stages and they now really need to pull themselves together in the Premier League; they have an ideal opportunity on Saturday to grab three points against a mediocre Middlesbrough side who have struggled so far this season. With the CL monkey off their back we expect the Foxes to win and keep a clean sheet.

Picks?

Leicester players from all positions.

Liverpool vs Sunderland Preview

Liverpool have a good chance to reclaim top spot on Saturday with the visit of Sunderland to Anfield; the Reds surprisingly failed to score against Southampton last weekend but managed twelve in three games before that. Sunderland do seem to have finally found some form with two straight wins but Liverpool should be too strong.

Picks?

Midfielders and strikers from Liverpool.

Swansea City vs Crystal Palace Preview

Two out of form teams meet at at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday – Swansea have three points from ten games and Palace have lost five in a row. Swansea have shown signs of life under Bob Bradley and although this season is going to be a fight against relegation we expect a fighting performance from them on Saturday and perhaps even a win.

Picks?

Swansea midfielders and strikers.

Chelsea vs Tottenham Hotspur Preview

This is one of the biggest games of the weekend and a tough trip across town for Spurs as they travel to the league leaders Chelsea. It’s been six Premier League wins in a row for Chelsea and they’ve looked very good in those performances. Spurs come into this game on the back of a Champions League exit after a disappointing performance in Monaco but we don’t think they’ll get so much as a point here.

Picks?

Chelsea players from all positions.
