Genoa vs AC Milan Preview

Three draws in a row and just one goal scored in their last three home games have dented any early season hopes of a high finish for Genoa and they now find themselves in the bottom half of Serie A. Genoa now face third-placed AC Milan who can go top with a win at the Stadio Comunale Luigi Feraris; Milan have been in fine form recently, winning two our of their last three away games and conceding just one goal. In fact the stats suggest that a goal might be hard to come by in this match and although 0-0 looks a real possibility, we’re going for a narrow away win.

Picks?

Defenders from this match, particularly AC Milan players; also AC Milan midfielders to take advantage of the greater possession.

Liverpool FC vs Tottenham Hotspur Preview

With any luck this will be a better match than last Monday’s home match against Manchester United and we’ll at least see some goals. It’s a cup match so it should be a more open game and frankly we expect to see some top notch footie from both sides in what could be a tough match to anticipate. Liverpool are very strong favourites at the bookies but the safe bet here is to go for midfielders and strikers from both teams and try to avoid defenders unless absolutely necessary.

Picks?

Midfielders and strikers from both teams.
