Manchester United vs Stoke City Preview
If there’s a homer today then this is surely it – Manchester United under Jose Mourinho certainly aren’t the finished article yet but they are miles better than a Stoke side who have managed just two points from six games so far. We anticipate several goals from the home side and a clean sheet.
Players from all positions from Manchester United.
Leicester City vs Southampton Preview
Last season’s Premier League champions are in mid-table after six games and one point behind Sunday’s opponents, Southampton. Both sides have looked good in fits and starts but this looks like a decent opportunity for Leicester to build on their Champions League successes and grab a win. We predict a draw or a win for the home side.
Go for Leicester strikers/midfielders but use Saints midfielders because they’ll see lots of the ball.
Spurs vs Manchester City Preview
Manchester City’s winning run came to an end in their 3-3 draw at Celtic on Wednesday evening and this looks like another tough trip for Pep’s team. Spurs are on a three game winning run themselves, in second place and will want to produce a top performance against the best team in the league.
There should be goals in this game so go for midfielders and strikers from either side.
Burnley vs Arsenal Preview
Burnley have produced a couple of surprising wins this season which have kept them out of the relegation zone so far but this visit from Arsenal looks tricky. The Gunners are in very good form at the moment, aided by the return to form of Theo Walcott and have won four in a row in the league. Arsenal should win but a clean sheet is no guarantee.
Go for Arsenal players but perhaps avoid defenders in this match.
