Gremio vs Vitoria Preview

Gremio currently occupy third place in the league after nine matches and their standout stat is that they are yet to concede a goal in four home games so far this season, having won them all. This makes it a tough trip for a Viitoria side languishing near the bottom of the table and without a win away from home. Vitoria are very reliant on Kieza to score their goals but he won’t get much chance here.

Form All Games Last 5  Average Goals Scored  Average Goals Conceded
Gremio WWWWL 1.50 0
Vitoria LLDWL 0.6 1.8

We’re going for Gremio players from any position and none from Vitoria.

Sao Paulo vs Sport Recife Preview

This is also a tie between opposite ends of the division with Sao Paulo in fifth place and Sport Recife down in the relegation spots; Sao Paulo have won three and lost two of their home games but Sport have lost four out of five on the road so this looks like a home banker.

Form All Games Last 5  Average Goals Scored  Average Goals Conceded
Sao Paulo WLWLW 1.25 1.0
Rep. of Ireland LLWLL 0.60 1.40

We will be looking at Sao Paulo players from all positions with an emphasis on defenders; nobody from Sport though.

Coritiba vs Internacional Preview

Internacional have had a great start to the season and find themselves in 2nd place in the league after nine games; Coritiba are struggling down in 16th and now host Internacional in a game which should provide goals – Coritiba average two per game at home and concede almost the same number which is why they are struggling so far. This looks like a high scoring game, perhaps a 2-2 draw.

Form All Games Last 5  Average Goals Scored  Average Goals Conceded
Coritiba DWLDD 2.00 1.80
Internacional LLWWW 1.25 1.25

We’re staying away from defenders here and going for goal scorers from both sides – it should be a goal fest.
