Malaga vs Eibar Preview
We’re four games into the domestic season in Spain and it’s been a gloomy start for Malaga with two draws and two defeats; additionally they haven’t scored in their last two games which will become a serious problem if it continues. Their opponents Eibar have made a better start – after an opening game defeat they’ve won two and drawn one but they could do with scoring a few more goals. Eibar had a confidence-building win at Granada in their last home game and will be targeting another victory here.
Picks?
We think this could be a low scoring or nil nil draw so defenders may be a good, if risky, option.
AC Milan vs Lazio Preview
We’re also four games into the Italian Serie A and we find AC Milan in tenth place after two wins either side of two defeats; there’s no home or away bias, just an inconsistency in performances which need to be rectified quickly. They are certainly capable of scoring goals but one in the last two matches needs improving. Lazio are up in fourth but only one point ahead and are having the same consistency problems – this match could end with eight goals or none and it’s a bit tricky to predict.
Picks?
We’ll be going for midfielders and strikers from both teams in the hope of some goals.
PSG vs Dijon Preview
The beginning of the French season has not been the customary cakewalk for PSG and they find themselves in the unusually low position of third in the league; however they’ve still only been defeated once in five games and on Tuesday should confidently expect a win against a Dijon side with just four points from five games so far.
Picks?
This is the home banker so go for as many PSG players as the budget will allow.
