There’s not too much footie action on Friday evening so we’re heading into the Championship in England and

  • Brighton vs Brentford
  • Malaga vs Getafe

Here’s Our Pick:

Goalkeeper David Stockdale Brighton £6.9m
Defender Lewis Dunk Brighton £8.9m
Defender Roberto Rosales Malaga £10.3m
Defender Raul Albentosa Malaga £7.0m
Midfielder Anthony Knockaert Brighton £7.8m
Midfielder Gonzalo Castro Malaga £7.5m
Midfielder Alan Judge Brentford £14.4m
Midfielder Sam Saunders Brentford £6.1m
Forward Bobby Zamora Brighton £4.1m
Forward Charles Malaga £6.4m
Forward Stefan Scepovic Getafe £5.2m

These should both be close matches although Brighton are the clear favourites against Brentford on Friday evening; the Seagulls have won their last two and are currently safe in the play-off places. Brentford are in reasonable form and generally strong away from home.

Malaga vs Getafe is a real mid-table clash and we don’t have a great deal to go on; Malaga won their last match though and Getafe lost their last two.

We’re taking a risk on a Brighton/Malaga defence with keeper David Stockdale and Lewis Dunk from the Seagulls alongside Roberto Rosales  and Raul Albentosa from Malaga.

Brentford’s high quality midfield pairing of Sam Saunders and Alan Judge are in midfield and they are joined by Malaga’s Gonzalo Castro and Brighton’s Anthony Knockaert.

Brighton’s Bobby Zamora is another risk up front but he did start in their most recent match against Huddersfield and scored on of the goals; Malaga’s Charles and Getafe’s Stefan Scepovic accompany Bobby at the top of the pitch.
