There are seven Premier League matches on Saturday but only six feature in Mondogoal’s Freeroll – there’s a prize pot of £100 for this competition so it’s well worth having a pop.

  • Newcastle United vs West Ham
  • Manchester City vs Crystal Palace
  • Southampton vs West Brom
  • Chelsea vs Everton
  • Bournemouth vs Norwich City
  • Aston Villa vs Leicester City

Our Pick (3-4-3)

Goalkeeper Joe Hart Manchester City £7.0m
Defender Bacary Sagna Manchester City £8.8m
Defender Jose Fonte Southampton £7.5m
Defender Wes Morgan Leicester City £7.5m
Midfielder Yohan Cabaye Crystal Palace £7.0m
Midfielder Dmitri Payet West Ham £11.6m
Midfielder Dusan Tadic Southampton £5.9m
Midfielder Yaya Toure Manchester City £12.9m
Forward Raheem Sterling Manchester City £8.8m
Forward Diego Costa Chelsea £8.1m
Forward Romelu Lukaku Everton £13.3m
Total Price – £90,600,000

Manchester City look like the bankers for a home win against Crystal Palace on Saturday so we’ve picked out team accordingly; otherwise there are several tight games which are difficult to predict so we’ve spread our selection around a little bit.

Joe Hart and Bacary Sagna feature for Manchester City and they are joined by Jose Fonte (Southampton) and Wes Morgan (Leicester City) who face West Brom and Aston Villa respectively.

In our four man midfield we have City’s Yaya Toure along side the consistent scorers Dmitri Payet (West Ham) and Yohan Cabaye (Crystal Palace). Dusan Tadic from Southampton also joins our line up because he has points-scoring potential and he’s extremely cheap, freeing up some cash for other players.

It’s a relatively straightforward front three with Raheem Sterling (Manchester City), Diego Costa (Chelsea) and Romelu Lukaku (Everton). Lukaku may struggle for goals away at Chelsea but he can pick up points for other actions.
