There are several matches on Thursday that looks as though they could be one-sided and provide a few points for us and we’ve based our pick on those matches featuring Manchester United, Spurs, Napoli and Sevilla.

Olympiakos are odds on to win against Anderlecht but the Dutch team have a one goal lead to defend against the Greeks and we’re not convinced they’ll manage a victory there.

We fancy Borussia Dortmund to complete their two-leg victory over FC Porto but the Portuguese team should have plenty of possession/passes at home against the Germans.

We have two Manchester United players here – David de Gea in goal and Chris Smalling and they should both achieve clean sheets. They are joined by Spurs’ Toby Alderweireld and Napoli’s Kalidou Koulibaly.

We have four in midfield including two players from FC Porto – Hector Herrera and Danilo Pereira – for the reasons mentioned above; Spurs’ high-scoring Christian Eriksen and Sevilla’s Ever Banega complete the line-up.

Up front we’ve gone for the expensive option in Spurs’ Harry Kane along with Napoli’s proven scorer Jose Callejon and Sevilla’s Kevin Gameiro.
