StarsDraft is one of the smaller US Fantasy Sports websites and if you follow the history of these things you’ll know that it used be known as Victiv before partnering with Amaya and PokerStars to become It’s based in Austin, Texas and now has the backing to become a major player in this industry.

The StarsDraft website initially looks similar to it’s rivals and that’s no bad thing – they’re designed with simplicity and usability in mind but there are some difference sin the lobby area as you can see from the screenshots on the right hand side of this page.

The StarsDraft offering is very much oriented towards American sports and includes the following:

  • Ice Hockey (NHL)
  • American Football (NFL)
  • Golf (PGA)
  • Basketball (NBA)
  • Baseball (MLB)

This is a little less than what’s on offer at DraftKings but it compares well with all the other sites we use; each sport offers a range of competitions at any given moment and there’s usually a freeroll so you don’t have to pry open the wallet if you don’t want to.

StarsDraft Bonuses

There’s a welcome bonus for new players which is 100% deposit match of up to $250. This is returned to you as a small amount of real cash each time you enter a paid for tournament. In addition there’s a loyalty program to encourage regular play, the ‘Bankroll Builder’ which offers five chances to beat the computer in return for cash prizes and a referral program so you can make some money out of your friends signing up. You can read more about these bonuses at our dedicated StarsDraft bonus page.

Our Rating

StarsDraft is another worthwhile option so even if you already have an account elsewhere, why not sign up and make the most of their introductory and ongoing bonuses. You’ll have to know something about US sports but they can’t be that complicated can they?
